Returns and refunds

The short version:


We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues be it sizing, quality, expectations, what have you, send it back and we'll either replace the item or refund your money within 30 days of purchase. Beyond 30 days we can offer exchanges as long as the replacement item is available. Email [email protected]

 with requested action (exchange, new size or refund).

The long version:


Happen, Inc. guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective items you wish to return. If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you’re not completely happy with.

We ask that items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase to obtain a refund. Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
